Hospice for Hooves Gala 2024
Ralphy's Retreat Animal Sanctuary, is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a safe haven for animals in need. At Ralphy's we strive to create a loving environment where animals can thrive and receive the care and support they deserve. Approximately 60% of our residents are aged or have some type of special needs. This year’s gala emphasizes our dedication to providing comfort, care and dignity to our animals with serious health conditions. All funds raised will support the development of a palliative care and hospice barn at Ralphy’s Retreat. Our aim is to create a peaceful environment where these animals can receive specialized medical attention, pain management and companionship in their final days. Our goal is to raise $20,000 towards the cost.

Steve Jenkins author, animal advocate and proud dad to the beloved Esther the Wonder Pig. Steve was an original cofounder of Happily Ever Esther Farm Sanctuary and has dedicated his life to raising awareness about animal welfare and promoting a compassionate lifestyle. The journey with Esther has inspired countless people around the world to see pigs and other animals in a new light, highlighting the importance of kindness and understanding towards all creatures. Since Esther’s passing, Steve has continued to carry on her legacy by creating Esther’s Angels. Their mission is to provide support to animal sanctuaries across the globe, and to aid in their endeavours to provide safe havens for animals in need.
We are also excited to announce that CTV’s K.C. Colby and Little Charlie The Pig will be the Masters of Ceremonies at this incredible event!

Gala is semi-formal. Please feel free to wear something purple in support of hospice care.
